I recommend that you do a factory reset on your soundbar, and after you have done that, install the Samsung smartthings application to configure the Soundbar, the SmartThings application allows you to choose the inputs, such as eARC and Hdmi, bluetooth and wifi, plus the application has an option to update the firmware using the app, I think the soundbar is not set up correctly, make sure if you are using eARC via your tv that it connected correctly to the soundbar,
