Hi,

Out of nowhere my soundbar has encountered an issue of being stuch on D.IN then goes into a loop of trying to Update then turns off and on again. Other than the power button, no other controls work. I saw another post with a similar issue but had no definitive solution.

I've tried unplugging from power, turning off my modem, turning off Anynet, removing all HDMI inputs and deleting it from SmartThings but now isn't recognised when I try search to re-add it.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

So that I may look into this can you send me a private message with your full model and serial number?

I'm sorry to hear that, so that I can look into this can I have your current firmware version?

I'm unable to view what Firmware version because the controls don't work and the soundbar is no longer detected in the SmartThings app. Every button I press on the remote or bar just brings up D.IN. I can only switch on and off. I'm pretty sure I had the latest firmware installed already though

What all do you have connected to the soundbar?
