I’ve been dealing with this issue for sometime now and I finally decided to search for a solution. It seems I am not alone and Samsung quickly dismisses these post with links to nowhere and no solution. My soundbar is connected through HDMI and when I either pause or fast forward a recorded program on my DVR there will be no sound. I have to turn off the soundbar and turn it back on. So I thought it was with my Direct TV. But it also happens on the youtube app, and my PS5, and my XBOX One, . Well Samsung, what is your solution to this and problems like this that others are experiencing? class action?
Yep... happens with my Q60T. I recently updated the firmware on it as well using a USB device. Thought that would fix it, NOPE. Just turned on TV for 5 minutes watching a movie and soundbar shuts off with no warning and will not turn on unless I unplug it... infuriating
