HW-Q70R can't get sub to connect to soundbar. Have tried all of the fixes automatic and manual. Samsung tech support no help. Bar is 3 days out of warranty, Samsung not willing to do anything.
Sub blue light flashes but won't connect. The ID set comes up on bar but won't connect.
Of note, firmware is up to date 1012.6, however when scan the firmware codes with the gear button, the W and S numbers come up as W-0000 and S-0000. Does this indicate sub not recognized or firmware not installed correct? Have tried update firmware but says up to date.
