Home TheaterHey klarsen4138, thank you for visiting Samsung Community. I understand that you are having issues with the Subwoofer connecting. I have listed a few steps that you can try to resolve the issue.
1. The subwoofer losing connection could be fixed by moving it closer to the soundbar. It is best to minimize obstacles that are between the two devices, like furniture, a router, or bluetooth devices.
2. With the soundbar powered on, press and hold the Volume - and + on the soundbar simultaneously for at least 5 seconds until " INIT" appears on the soundbar display.
3. The device may connect automatically after the reinitialization process. If not, it can be performed manually. With both devices plugged in, but the soundbar turned off, press and hold ID SET on the back of the subwoofer until the blue LED starts to blink. Then press and hold Mute on the soundbar remote control. If holding Mute does not work, hold the Up button on the remote instead. Continue holding until ID SET appears on the soundbar's display. The Blue LED will light steadily once connected.
