HW-Q800T firmware update won't install

The 1006.0 firmware update using SmartThings app on iphone, shows 0% for ever.

Updating via usb stick is not possible, because the soundbar has a mini-usb port (?????). 

Anyone?

Hi,

I have just updated my hw-q800t soundbar to ver 1017 via usb. I used the following

1. A micro usb cable that can transfer data.

2. A USB 2.0 A Socket Female To Female

3. A usb pen with the unzipped update file.

4. I joined them all together then plugged it in 5.  I then followed the. update user guide.
