I have a HQ90 soundbar connected to a Samsung Q90 TV for 2 years, all of a sudden it has starded giving me trouble with the message that the soundbar is connected to a port that is not ARC, and to connect it to port hdmi3 (arc). But it has always been connected to that port, and still is. I have tried another hdmi cable but the problem persists. Recently I also have been facing problems with an android box connected to the one connectbox, it loses the sound and I have to reconnect the box in order to get the sound back. Until a few months ago I had no problems.
Can someone enlighten me on what to do?
