I have uploaded a video of the behavior here: https://imgur.com/gallery/ed6DIyG but essentially it drops the connection and bass every minute or two. I have a previous post but I’m unable to reply to the moderator.

To fix your problem the best thing you can do is reconnect your rears and bass module over. Press the SSID button one by one then sync all 3 at the same time using the one remote as per manual as if nothing was connected. The bar essentially connects to all three at the same time so you want to make sure that they're all synced together at the same time to stop dropouts. Also look for items that interfere like your router a home Cordless phone microwave ect and try to move to the best availability items away from bar and bass. Let me know how it goes😉

Thanks for the reply. I’ve already tried this. I’ve also turned off my router along with any IOT devices I have downstairs and the issue still occurs.

As far as I can tell the rear speakers are not disconnecting, only the sub. Which is right next to the sound bar. I even tried moving it further away which didn’t help.
