I recently purchased an S50a 3ch soundbar and use it with my Samsung smart TV via HDMI.
Ever since the first use, there have been intermittent sound drops where there is no audio (the video continues as it should). I've tried a different Samsung TV and the same thing happens.
Bluetooth mode does not experience the same issue.
I spoke with tech support and the performed remote debugging and could not figure out the issue. It's currently with their tech support team but it's been over a week and they have no news.
I'm tempted to just return the item to the retailer as Samsung have said they cannot do anything to help me.
