This issue has been known for more than a year, almost two years, and is has also been reported to Samsung. I did so when I just bought my Music Frames. So it would be nice to actually receive the firmware update....
I have the same problem. It's absolutely ridiculous that there is no convenient and reasonable way to adjust the volume on this device when playing music on WiFi. The volume scale is completely broken.
