I am trying to update firmware via Smart Things. Both the Samsung s10 phone and the sound bar are on the same wifi network and the sound bar shows as on and connected in the app but when I select update I get to 1 or 2% and then an error message saying update interrupted. Once it got to 99% and the froze, any advice would be gratefully received.
