My Q950A soundbar randomly turns on and blasts music from my neighbors' phones. Even though the unit is powered off via the remote, they are able to find the soundbar on their bluetooth list and turn it on, play music and crank up the volume. I came home one day with the soundbar turned up to 100 and my poor dogs cowering in the corner. How do I keep this from happening outside of unplugging the unit every time I leave the house? And - If the unit was blasting at 100, for an extended period, have the speakers/subwoofer been damaged? I definitely notice the bass is not as deep as it was before the incidents started.
