@SamsungCole, either we need the ability to revert back to previous firmware, which is a hair better then this one, or, better yet, just fix what is broke and bring all the features that this bar needs to make it worth what people are paying for it, $$$$$$.

I agree, need to revert or fix. Atmos rear broke on Plex defeats the entire purpose of my setup.

Yes please fix this firmware issue, I want the sound to work again.  Espcially with my plex movies.  I lost the rears.   This sound bar is almost to finicky and the sound that is not atmos is almost not worth it.  for a $1500 sound bar i am becoming very dissapointed.

It practically screws up your sound bar and the. Samsung ignores your problem.

However there is some good news. You might just be stupid enough to buy another product from them soon and splash another £1399.

Since I updated with the new firmware... I'm losing connection with all my speakers. I have to constinently turn off my system to have to reconnect. It was working fine till the update. I'm very disappointed

Yeah same here. Atmos tracks through Xbox Plex now lost rear channel sound. Darn!

My bar can't play anything through ARC or HDMI after the update. I can use it via wlan to play my ringing tones from my phone. Boy am I glad!
