Q Symphony feature not working

I have a 2021 Neo QLED 800A smart tv and a 2021 HW-Q600A soundbar and I can't get sound to come from both devices at the same time. Sound only comes from either the tv or the soundbar but not both even when tv + soundbar is selected (sound comes from soundbar only). Not working as described of how Q Symphony is suppose to work. 

I've tried all the fixes I can possibly try multiple times. Both devices are brand new. I am at a loss on why it's not working properly. It's the only reason I bought the soundbar in the first place, seems like a waste.

The SmartThings App sucks as it doesn't even show the current firmware. I've tried updating the soundbars firmware using a USB stick and receive a No Data message.

I can't believe Samsung is slow to release the newest firmware for the QN900A HDTV in the U.S.A. for such a high end device!

Below are the settings I'm currently using.

HDMMI3 - Soundbar Samsung HW-600A

Sound Output TV + [AV] Soundbar Q6A Series (HDMI)

Soundbar Mode - Adaptive Sound

Woofer & Equalizer Settings - Only Woofer setting is adjustable

HDMI - eARC Mode - Auto selected

Digital Output Audio Format - Auto selected

Dolby Atmos - On

Auto Volume - On
