I have a Samsung qn65qn90b tv and a Hw-q800b soundbar. I have the soundbar hardwired to the tv through hdmi(earc). When I engage the Q-Symphony feature both the tv speakers and soundbar speakers worked in tandem just like they are supposed to, however when I change streaming providers( Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, etc) the tv speakers disengage. The soundbar speakers keep working. When I go into the settings menu it shows that only the selection for “soundbar800b” is engaged. I can then re select the option for both the tv speakers and soundbar in tandem. This happens every time I switch..for example from Netflix to Paramount+. Anyone else have this issue?
