Been using my soundbar via wifi for months without any issues. Today there is no sound when connected via wifi; however, there is sound when I connect via bluetooth.
The soundbar is still paired and when I use the remote to adjust volume I can see the volume raising/lowering on the soundbar itself but no sound. In the app when I select wifi I can the sound icon is active but still no sound as well.
No issues with internet.
I'm sorry to hear that, have you tried to disconnect and reconnect it to wi-fi? Also, can I have your current firmware version and full model number for the soundbar?
