Ok so the q600c sound bar doesn't have wifi so I can't connect to smart things. It has Earc and I have a 2.1 highspeed certified cable for eArc and I haven't been able to get it in Dolby Atmos at all. What's going on how can I get it in Atmos I even purchased the rear surround speakers

It's not an option for some reason. I do have Q-Symphony activated and working but Atmos not even on the list and it's a new Samsung crystal TV.

I have the Q600C with the 9200S rear speakers and a Samsung AU8000 TV. I'm connected via the eArc output. I had to go into the advanced settings in the sound option and make sure Dolly Atmos was selected. Once I made sure Atmos was selected I was able to see Dolby Atmos in all the available movies in all the streaming apps. My go to movie to make sure Atmos was available is Adam Project on Netflix.
