Q60R

Three days after I got the soundbar started to cut the audio for a second every 5 minutes after it has being working for an hour or more.

I call them right there and they said that I should try with another TV..

now they don't want to replace it for a new one. They want to repair it. 

I need to know the name of the person, title and department to write a formal consumer complaint letter.
