my new sound bar seems to be working OK however the sound mode button on the remote doesn’t change anything, it always says TVARC no matter how many times I press the button on the remote. I have it plugged in with the HDMI cable that was supplied with it and it’s connected to the correct outlet on my Samsung tv. I looked for instructional videos on YouTube and can’t find anything that will help me get this working properly, Any suggestions will be appreciated or else I’m just going to assume it’s defective and I’ll bring it back for a replacement.
