Q70R soundbar is’working but no sound in subwoofer and rear speakers

everything was working fine but now i have sound in my subwoofer and also my rear speakers. the light on subwoofer and rear speakers is fixed blue.

the firmware is up to date.i so a lot of people with the same problem but without any solution even Samsung.

I had tried everything and every kind of source.

please if you have a solution respond…..
