I Have a 15 month old Samsung. Q80R Soundbar. Recently the audio has been cutting out for a few seconds randomly, but consistently. I spoke to Samsung Technical Support and after 35 to 40 minutes I determined that the call may have been one of the most UNHELPFUL customer services calls I ever participated in. Tech didn’t have a clue and put me on hold at least 4 times to check “references”. Certainly not a true technician. After all of that time, he proceeded to tell me that my $1200 Soundbar was out of warranty and he’d send me an email with information on service centers. Well I never got the email and my Soundbar is still cutting out. Come on Samsung! Get some true Techs to help with our issues. What am I supposed to do now?
