Volume keeps dropping out for about 2 seconds randomly. Tried doing research on this to no avail. It doesn't matter which input I have it on our if my HW-Q950T is connected to it. I had to manually update the TV since the ota was not being found. Still no luck.

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with your audio cutting out. You can try the steps in the following link to see if they can help solve this issue.(https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01202525/)

If these do not help it this occurs on all sources and all apps on the TV then I would recommend trying a factory reset on the TV itself.

If that does not help then this will require service. Depending on your warranty you have a couple of options:

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
