We are sorry to hear about this. Please try re-initializing the soundbar. With the Soundbar turned off, press and hold the (Sound Control) button for more than 5 seconds until the speaker turns on. “INIT” appears on the display and the Soundbar is initialized. Then try re-pairing your devices.
