I have been having issues connecting Alexa to my soundbar which is considered an advertised feature. After further communication with the the SmartThings and executive leadership, Samsung has refused to look into this issue any further. I've also done research seeing that I am not the only one and is a problem with a few in the EU along with myself being in the US.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Here are steps I have done for troubleshooting.

I have reformatted the device, 3 times to be exact. Latest firmware update after today (10/27/24). I also removed the Alexa skill several times with it failing to re-register.

Samsung needs to remove this feature if they are not going to fix it.

The Alexa app recognizes the soundbar itself (similar to SmartThings), but won't activate Alexa. Settings won't setup, as it gives a stale request each time.
