Bought the Q990F last week, and while playing music over Wi-Fi, the music interrupts every few secs and the soundbar based ‘now connected to Bravia vu3’, I removed the hdmi cable even then it keeps saying this.
i have a Sony TV. Anyone else facing this problem and what is the solution?
Hi There, Thanks so much for asking about this. First, have you confirmed the software for both the TV and soundbar are up to date? Also, have you checked the TVs sound settings to see if there is an option to change the default sound output? Lastly, have you tried factory resetting the soundbar and TV?
