QN90b 65 in TV Alexa spoken voice time is 3 hours different than the tv time

On my QN90b 65 in TV the Alexa spoken voice time is 3 hours less than the correct tv time. devices in our house do have the correct time. any help ? I have not seen anything on line about this problem. Thanks for any help'

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see that this is really strange for it to tell you the wrong time. Something that you can try is to connect your TV to the Alexa app on your phone and change the time zone. Once you have it connected you can try the following below. 

 

  1. Open the Alexa app.
  2. Select Devices.
  3. Select Echo & Alexa, and then select your device.
  4. Select Device Location.
  5. Enter your complete address, and then select Save.

If this doesn't help I would recommend trying a factory reset on the TV. And go through the setup process again.
