I just purchased the HW-N950 Soundbar system and am having problems syncing the sound with the video on my Samsung TV. I have tried the sync feature on both the TV and the soundbar but cannot get it perfectly synced. Is the only solution to return it?
After troubleshooting we have come to the conclusion that the problem might be with our new Verizon TV One Set Top Box. The soundbar syncs audio/video with apple tv and with our dvd player but not with live tv through the set top box which we have just installed. I wonder if anyone else is having this problem.
