Samsung HW Q60T woofer issue

Hello ,

I bought the Samsung brand new HW Q60T sound bar couple of months back and it was all working pretty well until now. All of sudden, when I turned on the TV (it auto starts the soundbar as well) the wireless subwoofer lost connection to the sound bar and i heard no bass, I see red light on the woofer. When I bought the product i never paired the woofer with sound bar, it connected automatically. 

Now, since it's not in sync with the soundbar i had to pair the woofer with the bar now. I followed the steps to manually pair it with the bar... using the ID set option and now it's paired now. so i thought all good now, but the woofer is barely functioning i hear almost low bass even at setting of +6. I'm not sure what has happened. So i further went ahead and did a reset of the sound bar to factory reset this time even worse the volume of the soundbar is very low. I mean with a volume of 15-20 it used to be very louder but now even with volume of 30 i hear low sound. No overall no volume from soundbar and no bass from woofer. I've raised this issue with samsung service and waiting for their call back.  I would appreciate if someone assist me with this problem
