Home TheaterPurchased my samsung sound bar and connected it via eARC to my TCL 65inch tv with a roku device in the input one of the sound bar. This worked mostly fine for a week.
We started seeing periodic issues where the video would cut out, but the audio would continue and then come back after a few seconds. Now the tv is saying No Signal.
Here are the steps I have taken:
TV: Capacitor drain, factory reset, testing sound bar in all the inputes (no signal), testing roku in other inputes (no issue), different cables.
Any thoughts? Did I just wait a significant amount of money and time mounting a piece of junk?

Home TheaterHave you checked that the TV eARC port is normal? If so, no doubt about the eARC on the soundbar went out.

Home TheaterWow really? And both products are brand new? My first thought would be the hdmi cables (need to be 100% youāre using a good hdmi/2.1B cable if necessary).
also, maybe check the tcl settings that earc is enabled, hdmi input settings are on/enhanced, CEC is on, etc. what model tcl ?
I recall seeing a few options that had to be changed one way or the other on my moms tcl 75Q750G.
