Problem: My Samsung HW-T450/ZC 2.1 200 Watt sound continuously fades to low volume after a couple minutes. This happens when streaming (Netflix, Prime), listening to music (BT) or watching movies networked through SmartTV.
If I step-rewind or change the channel, or change to a new song/movie, the volume is restored, but will begin to fade again in just a couple minutes to levels so low, the device is rendered useless and I have to switch back to internal TV speaker.
I returned my first unit, as I thought it was defective, but the second replacement unit does the exact same thing. I've also tried replacing the optical cable. Problem persists.
