I have had this projector for two days now. As I was setting the unit up, it would not allow me to manipulate the test pattern, and the Focus stopped working as I was using it. I am most frustrated with not being able to focus the image. Has anyone else had this happen? Is there anything I can do? I placed a call for support, and am expecting a call back, but haven't heard from Samsung level 2 support yet. Thanks
