Hi, I have a Samsung Q700B Soundbar and ive bought a new Sony Bravia KD-43X75WL tv and im having compatability issues, my issues are that the volume on the soundbar wont go down fully via ARC/eARC, the soundbar turns its self on without any input. my TV has the latest Software installed also so does my Soundbar. I've tried different HDMI cables and this also happens with an Optic cable. Does anyone have any ideas please? Thanks in advance...
