My fairly new Samsung TV has turned blue. On all inputs, on all apps, everything. I have posted, sent pictures of the issue, and TWO separate Samsung employees have gotten in touch with me, only for them both to stop responding. I need someone to help me get this fixed. It's ridiculous that my $1000+ 55" TV from Samsung is giving me trouble, while my 55" JVC TV I paid $300 for on the same day is still going strong.
