Home TheaterThanks for the quick follow-up. So I was able to find a lot of troubleshooting steps for the soundbar's audio being too low, but not a lot of options for it being too loud. We can check out the optimization settings that could help level out the audio, and volume levels between 18 and 30 are considered high for average-sized rooms.
Disable Active Voice Amplifier (AVA): This feature can sometimes cause sudden, "noisy" volume jumps of about 4 clicks if it detects high-pitched background noise in your room.
Set TV to "Pass-Through": Ensure your TV audio settings are set to eARC and Pass-Through (not "Auto"). This allows the soundbar to process the signal directly, preventing the TV from adding unnecessary "noise" or distortion.
Improving Sound Clarity
There is a Sound Mode button on your remote. Try switching to Standard Mode. While Adaptive Mode is popular, it uses AI to upscale sound, which some users find fatiguing or "noisy" over time. Standard Mode provides the cleanest separation and most balanced clarity.
Next, we have a Sound Control button that helps with calibration. Once you press this button, you should be able to select the SpaceFit Sound. Use this calibration tool in the settings menu to allow the soundbar to analyze your room's acoustics and correct for echoes or "boominess" that can cause a noisy feel.
Lastly, I would recommend playing around with the Equalizer (EQ) settings to adjust overall volume. Try boosting the Mid-range frequencies (0 to +2) and slightly lowering the Treble (-1 or -2) if the high tones sound harsh or "noisy".

Did this issue just start recently or has it been going on since you purchased the soundbar?
Have you tried any adjustments to the settings of the soundbar?
