Hi, I just purchased a used HW-J7500 soundbar. When I got the unit home the remote would not control the soundbar. All aspects of the remote seemed to work but soundbar was not responding. In any case I relayed this info to the seller. He sprung for a new remote. It came yesterday and still will not control the soundbar. I tried to do a manual reset on the soundbar by holding down the power button for 5 to 10 seconds and that process will not work either. Does the HW-J7500 have a different reset process one that doesnt require the remote. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
