Home TheaterHi, I bought a qe65qn94aatxxu around 10 months ago and have had the issue with the sound dropping out for 1-2 seconds since the day I purchased it. I have also noticed that it will drop off the Q-symphony and go to soundbar only sometimes. I thought it was something I was doing so followed the fault finding from previous posts and still the problem exists. I have also tried using tv speakers only, sound bar only, Q-symphony, new hdmi cables etc and it still drops out intermittently. Can I try anything else before I take it back to Currys?

Dunno Currys but here in US you would get a tech to come-out under warranty and fix it perhaps with a board swap. Which is what I'd do if the display itself was otherwise perfect.
