My soundbar- Samsung Q850 cuts in and out at various times when connected to any blutooth and wifi source. Extremely upsetting that Samsung customer service told me that the item needs to be taken down, uninstalled and sent to Samsung for a check-up and repair, leaving me without audio for weeks.
I see that MANY users have experienced the same issue. Has anyone found a fix? Samsung customer service has been awful here.
