Subwoofer on K450 is not working

Hello,

 

i got my HW-K450 System three weeks ago

it was working fine; today i have tried to turn it on, but unfortunatly the subwoofer did not start and there was no light on it 

i have tested and checked that there is power on the cable feeding the Subwoofer 

please i need you support regarding this issue

If the above troubleshooting steps didn't help, here are some service options:

 

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange process.

- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
