In November 2022 I purchased a QN65QN90BAFXZA QLED TV and a Samsung WH-Q700B/ZA soundbar thinking that I could enjoy all of the benefits of Q-Symphony surround sound.
I have been unsuccessful in getting it to work. I have it connected via HDMI/ARC with the appropriate Premium hi-speed, Ethernet compatible HDMI cable and the sound setting set to that. I only get sound out of the soundbar, not simultaneously out of the TV as well.
Are these two Samsung devices compatible or is this a compatibility issue and therefore Q-Symphony is NOT available with these devices??
