Brand new The Frame - 2022, 55” model. Only HDMI connection is AppleTV 4K. Audio works fine on all media streams native to the Samsung TV. But when watching streaming TV from AppleTV, the sound breaks up - every second or third word spoken is lost. I have tried two different AppleTV devices, same vintage, to see if it was a problem with that device but had the same problem. Video is crystal clear. I have also rebooted the AppleTV device and checked for updates on both the TV and AppleTV. This never happened on my prior Samsung TV so it seems to be a problem with this particular TV. I cannot find a topic thread that is exactly like this problem.
The same ATV4K worked with another Samsung w/o issue? You replaced the TV with the Frame and changed nothing else? It's an odd one...I can only think to suggest changing the HDMI port that the ATV4K is plugged-to on the Frame. You should also try another cable just in case that broke somehow when the TVs were swapped.
