Next to ZERO sound from subwoofer.
Called Samsung on August 5, 2019 at
I was told there was a design defect
and since defective unit could not be
fixed Samsung would send me a new
unit within 7-10 days.
Called August 6 to confirm mailing
Was told that the AUTHORIZED
Samsung Rep didn’t know what he
was talking about and that I must
return defective unit.
2 females were EXTREMELY
CONDESCENDING AND RUDE.
Called Marcus at Pentagon City
Best Buy. He said to bring it in
so he could look at it.
Within 5 minutes Marcus had it fixed.
WHY DIDN’T SAMSUNG KNOW
WHAT TO DO?
Many Samsung Reps read from
memorized scripts and demonstrate
little specific knowledge.
Marcus is a hero,
Samsung is the total opposite.
