Upgraded TV now Dolby Atmos option not selectable

Hi

This may well.me being a bit stupid but...

I upgraded my 55inch Samsung to the 65inch Neo QNX

I have the same set up connected my S60 soundbard via HDMi. On the old TV I was able to enable Dolby Atmos on sound, now however despite all the same options it's now showing like it's selected but I can't do anything with it (see below)

Not sure what to change here..

Anytime CEC is on etc etc, followed all options.  Any help.welcomed

I notice that when something is greyed out on my tv...it's because I'm on an input that doesn't support that option. It's weird. So try going into a different input...or maybe just on Samsung TV plus...or the OTA option if you haven't tried yet. Hope that's that 4 you. 🤞

It's a strange one. If I change sound input to speakers then I can  get the option on Dolby Atmos. 

Maybe I'll give it a go trying one of the other HDMI inputs that's not "e-arc"

In your screenshot it shows that Dolby Atmos is toggled on. Do you want to turn it off?
