Happy new year! (01/02/21)

I have N400 and Q80R soundbars for my bedroom and livingroom. I also purchased 8500s and 9500s surround speakers for these sounbars.

They sound great but the surround speaker volume level is not consistent everytime I turn on the tv. This is regardless of the sound souce. It is either too loud or more often it is too low. I tested with both samsung tv streaming apps with hdmi-arc and blu-ray dolby digital source in the soundbar pass through hdmi port. I almost think it is related to the volume level sync between the tv, soundbar, and rear surround speakers.

Since the surround speakers need to work with many different soundbar models, I am wondering how they can calibrate the volumn gain and range. It would be greatly appreciated for any experiences or information regarding this problem of mine.

Thanks!
