Solved: ultra hd player remote app issues - Samsung Community

Trying to setup my phone as a remote through smart things. All goes great until I try to open the remote and get a add-on message asking me to download it. The problem is when I do tap download, it says it can't be downloaded and will not let me use the remote. Whats going on?
