How to get a family hub Samsung refrigerator out of retail mode?

We purchase the floor model smart refrigerator from JCPenney and it is stuck in retail mode even after I performed a factory reset from the settings menu. It has no apps on it except the retail mode app. How do we set this up for use at home?

We have the same issue.  Model RF22M9581SG.  Just had it delivered and can't get it out of Retail Mode.  What do we do?

Followed the Left/Right pattern in the link but it didn't do anything.  Still in Retail Mode.
