Kitchen and Family HubIt lasted about 15 months. First power outage after warranty toasted the main board. Basic protections should be in place.

1/3 the original purchase price in repairs. The one it had replaced had been in service 14 years before needed repair/replacement.
Main Board replaced.

Kitchen and Family HubSo, I was directed here from my review at Home Depot. Now I'm directed to repeat myself in a DM to some vaguely referenced Moderator.
I paid the money, repaired the device. Still unhappy. I don't see any reason to send good money after bad and put more effort into getting Samsung to give two shakes. Give me some substantive motivation to exert more effort and spend more time on this project and maybe I will. Currently, based on what I've read so far, I'll just get a "so sorry, we can't don anything about it". That kind of response is not worth me spending any time at all on.
If Samsung cared, I'd not need to make the first **bleep**g move.
