I just purchased my second Samsung Family Hub Fridge for our house ( first one we bought was for our cabin ) and I connected to the smart things app with no problem. I was able to assign it to our home and not the cabin as we have many Samsung products in each property. HOWEVER when I connected to the family hub- it merged the 2 fridges and it is all messed up. there is no ability to separate the 2 different fridges on the same account. This is a horrible application design and I dont know why they did not create separate home accounts within the family hub. has anyone else encountered this and what did you do to resolve the problem?
