All three lights are on (water, cubed ice, crushed ice) and the lock light is on. Water is dispensing but can’t click any of the ice buttons to dispense ice. I’ve tried to hold down for 5 seconds on crushed ice and water but nothing changes.

Try holding down the Door Alarm button located inside the refrigerator or on top of the door until you hear a chime. Also, try power cycling the unit. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

I'm having a similar problem with my cubed ice light staying on.  Did you ever fix this problem? If so, how?
