I purchased a range from samsung.com on 10-8-2020. The only reason i did this thru the website was because they offered a 9 inch stainless steel back guard promo. After numerous calls to customer service, not one thing has been resolved. It is now 3-4-2021, five months later and the only thing I use to get was an email apologizing for the delay. I do not get that anymore. I purchased an entire Samsung kitchen from different retailers and ironically, the worst experience is with Samsung directly. Do not be fooled by their promos. They do not honor them.
