I am being charged 5657.08 by Samsung. I haven't made a purchase in this amount. This appears to be a fraudulent charge. No one is Samsung appears to be able to help me. I am a Samsung Employee and this is ridiculous. Can you give me the contact information for someone in billing? Every time I try to speak to order support, they can't help me without an order number. Which is frustrating because I don't have an order number. I didn't order anything.
